So far, I have found a way to enable the Lg 3350 to accept VCD playback, and as can be seen below, I can also manage to ENABLE the 5.1 Dolby Digital decoder setup on the menu of an Aiwa!!

For those sceptics out there thinking that this screenshots were taken from an LG player, look at the highlighted item.

PBC? For the unknowing amongst you, is Play Back Control, a VCD function NOT found on the LG and as yet,although I can make it play VCD discs,  I can't get that enabled on the LG.
